About The Position

Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a qualified Campus Assistant for their Peninsula Campus. This is a part-time position. Applicants must have a vibrant Christian testimony, a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and fully support the school's Statement of Faith. The ideal candidate will have a love for children and a warm, welcoming spirit. This role will assist the Campus Coordinator in daily operating activities, with a specific focus on daily after-care with students.

Requirements

• Full support of Heritage’s Statement of Faith, Mission, and Vision statements
• Familiarity with the classical model of education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to oversee children of multiple ages
• Applicants should have a vibrant Christian testimony demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Must fully support and abide by the school’s Statement of Faith
• Must be part of a local church that aligns with the mission and vision of HCA

Responsibilities

• Conduct oneself with Christ-like professional behavior
• Supports the administration, Campus Coordinator, teaching staff, engendering a culture of Christian charity and joy
• Assist with daily aftercare and other duties as assigned
• Demonstrate a biblical model of work via punctuality, consistency, servant leadership and modesty
