About The Position

Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Campus and Professional Recruiter to manage U.S. campus recruiting planning and execution while also handling full-cycle professional recruiting for the Subscriber Success operating pillar, primarily Account Management & Growth (AMG) positions. The role combines ownership of the campus recruiting program with hands-on recruiting, including developing relationships with colleges, universities, students, and internal business leaders; creating and executing a campus recruiting strategy; and managing professional hiring assignments from intake through hire.

The position is a full-time contract role with variable hours around campus events. It is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional days at the Mason, Ohio office and some local travel to universities.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, including sourcing, candidate assessment and interviewing, and managing candidates through the hiring process.
• Experience with early talent or university recruiting.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement, including on-site days in Mason, Ohio, and occasional local travel within the Midwest.

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting for sales, account management, or other client-facing roles in a SaaS environment.
• A bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build and document a university and early talent recruiting approach for Cincinnati and Midwest schools, including target schools, engagement methods, and recruiting processes.
• Source, screen, and interview early talent candidates and account manager candidates for the Account Management and Growth function.
• Run campus recruiting activities, including creative recruiting approaches, Handshake, career fairs, information sessions, and relationships with career services offices.
• Guide candidates from first contact through offer and keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
• Help run on-site interview days at the Mason, Ohio office, supporting candidates and interviewing managers.
• Partner with AMG leaders to understand the qualities needed in strong account managers and align on hiring priorities.
• Share pipeline and hiring progress regularly with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Global HR team.
