About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and highly execution-oriented Campaign & Pipeline Marketing Manager to help build and scale campaigns that drive pipeline and support GTM priorities. This person should be able to take audience insights, market signals, and performance data and translate them into clear campaign ideas, strong messaging, and practical execution plans. The ideal candidate is AI-fluent, organized, fast-moving, and comfortable working in ambiguity.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, pipeline marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on campaign execution experience.
  • Ability to connect data, audience insight, messaging, and business goals.
  • High AI fluency and comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day work.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to move quickly without heavy hand-holding.
  • Creative thinking combined with practical execution.
  • Clear communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Comfortable testing, iterating, and improving campaigns based on results.
  • Bias for action, ownership, and structured execution in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity, identity, SaaS, enterprise software, or another technical B2B environment.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Experience with ABM or targeted account-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign tools.
  • Experience using AI agents, automation tools, or advanced AI workflows for marketing execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline generation and GTM priorities.
  • Translate audience insights, market trends, and data into creative campaign ideas.
  • Own campaign planning from concept to execution, including messaging, channels, timelines, assets, and follow-up motions.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Marketing Ops, and other GTM stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, campaign planning, content ideation, and execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend what to test, change, or scale next.
  • Help create repeatable campaign workflows, briefs, playbooks, and launch processes.
  • Support experiments across email, digital, content, webinars, ABM, partner motions, and other pipeline channels.
  • Bring practical, creative ideas for how to engage target audiences and move them through the funnel.
