As Spotter's advertising business continues to scale, we're looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to help execute, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns that connect world-class brands with some of YouTube's most influential creators. In this role, you'll own the execution and performance of YouTube advertising campaigns from launch through reporting. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Brand Partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, optimized effectively, and exceed client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of campaign operations, performance analysis, and client partnership. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with premium creator inventory, leading consumer brands, and a rapidly growing business within the creator economy.
