About The Position

As a Campaign Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in bringing marketing campaigns to life. You will be responsible for executing campaigns across our marketing technology stack, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, efficiently, and at scale. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations. You'll work closely with Growth Marketing Managers, developers, and the Marketing Operations Manager to build, deploy, troubleshoot, and continuously improve marketing initiatives across multiple audiences, products, and markets. The Marketing Operations Manager will provide operational guidance, process direction, training, and support to help ensure campaigns are executed consistently and effectively. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and a passion for operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, marketing automation, or related operational roles
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution quality
  • Experience building campaigns, workflows, audience segments, automation journeys and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within structured operational processes and governance frameworks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in B2B or B2B2B marketing environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows within marketing automation or CRM environments
  • Experience partnering with developers or technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute campaigns across CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Support campaign execution and workflow management within Dynamics and other marketing technology platforms
  • Configure email campaigns, automation journeys, forms, audience segments, and workflows
  • Support high-volume, multi-campaign execution while maintaining strong operational accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes
  • Maintain strong operational accuracy while working within structured processes and governance frameworks
  • Configure and maintain campaign components across marketing systems
  • Understand dependencies between campaign workflows, landing pages, forms, audience data sources, and connected systems to prevent downstream operational issues
  • Partner with developers and technical teams on landing pages, integrations, and operational implementation requirements
  • Identify and prevent operational issues before they impact campaign performance
  • Execute QA and testing processes before campaigns go live
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues, workflow errors, and deployment challenges
  • Ensure campaigns align with operational standards, documentation, and established best practices
  • Support ongoing improvements to campaign quality and execution consistency
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing Managers and campaign stakeholders to support execution requirements
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to support campaign execution, operational consistency, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally with developers and operational teams to support campaign delivery, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
  • Contribute operational insights, troubleshooting findings, and execution-related recommendations during campaign reviews
  • Surface recurring execution issues, operational friction points, and process gaps to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain and update campaign documentation, workflows, and operational resources
  • Participate in operational training and process improvement initiatives
  • Support data quality and campaign tracking requirements to enable accurate reporting and attribution
  • Help improve the scalability, efficiency, and consistency of marketing operations over time
