About The Position

This overview is being shared solely to provide context on the scope, complexity, and expectations of the role. All information contained in this document is strictly private and confidential and should not be shared, copied, or distributed outside of this discussion. The US Campaign Manager will own day-to-day campaign execution, spanning creator casting through to contracting, content review, and go-live. The incoming manager will step into an active product launch, with the first wave of creator content scheduled to go live on Monday, 6 July, followed by a phased rollout over the subsequent two weeks. This is a highly delivery-focused role requiring strong organisation, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines. The priority campaign is a major product launch for a leading US beauty brand. This is a tiered creator program involving Macro creators, Performance-driven macro / mid-tier creators, Mid-tier creators, Micro creators, and Lifestyle creators. The phased go-live plan is as follows: ~18 creators live during launch week (10 creators on Day 1 (Monday, 6 July), remaining creators staggered across the week), 10 creators live during the week of 13 July, and 10+ creators live during the week of 20 July.
