The Camp & Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing our summer camp program and custom program partnerships. This role will also coordinate with Imagination Station team members in other departments to coordinate special events. This role includes curriculum development as well as developing and maintaining relationships with community partners to implement custom science curricula and our Toledo Tinkers making and tinkering program. The Camp & Program Manager has one year-round direct report, and will work with the Programs Coordinator to ensure the high-quality delivery of Imagination Station programming, particularly in regards to partnership programs. They will also oversee the seasonal summer camp team. This position reports directly to the Director of Education, and requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings.
