About The Position

This role is for a Summer Camp Program Manager at Camp Welaka in Jupiter, Florida, focusing on an adventure-themed summer camp for girls. The manager will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing a variety of theme-based craft activities and projects for campers of all ages. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and able to communicate effectively with children, parents, volunteers, peers, and supervisors. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and work in the South Florida summer sun, while fostering an environment of belonging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete a Level 2 criminal background check.
• Must complete a motor vehicle background check.
• Must complete a post-offer, pre-employment health examination and submit health history record.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to withstand the South Florida sun in the summer.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Responsibilities
