About The Position

Homelessness hurts. Health care helps. For nearly 35 years, Fourth Street Clinic has provided essential health care services to individuals experiencing homelessness in downtown Salt Lake City. The Call Representative plays a vital role in supporting patients by providing compassionate service over the phone. In this role, you will answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and help ensure patients can access the care and services they need. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Responsibilities

• Answer patient calls and provide friendly, professional support
