We are looking for a Call Center Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and scale our high-performing our recruitment team. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be the driving force behind achieving our sales, membership growth, and independent agent recruitment objectives. You will oversee the acquisition of new independent agents and agencies, while aggressively driving expansion opportunities with existing partners. As a master motivator, you will provide strategic direction, daily high-energy coaching, and operational oversight to ensure the team consistently smashes its KPIs while maintaining compliance standards and an exceptional partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and energize a team of Call Center Recruiters and Sales Agents, fostering a high-octane, competitive, and supportive culture that smashes daily, weekly, and monthly growth goals.
  • Guide team members through aggressive outreach campaigns, including high-volume cold calling, warm lead follow-ups, and prospecting to rapidly expand our agent network.
  • Establish daily performance metrics, call-volume expectations, and accountability standards that align with company growth targets.
  • Monitor call center metrics (talk time, conversion rates, wrap-up time) and maintain strict oversight of CRM processes to ensure accurate, real-time pipeline tracking.
  • Conduct live call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, and regular performance huddles to sharpen sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Oversee the recruitment of new independent agents and agencies, while strategically cross-selling existing agents on additional carriers and product lines.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Carrier Relations to optimize lead generation, streamline workflows, and maximize recruiting effectiveness.
  • Dive into call analytics, conversion trends, and market opportunities to identify areas for rapid growth and process improvement.
  • Develop and execute high-impact training modules, script enhancements, and onboarding processes that get new hires producing results quickly.
  • Rally the troops and optimize resource allocation during high-volume enrollment seasons (including AEP) to ensure maximum productivity and flawless execution.
  • Keep the team ahead of the curve on industry trends, carrier updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure sales pitches are both highly effective and fully compliant.
