Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with client through inbound and outbound calls to promote Verizon products and services.
  • Addressing client questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions to meet client needs.
  • Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems.
  • Collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
