About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with call center software and CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
