Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls regarding auto loan accounts
Assist with payment inquiries, payment options, and account navigation
Support customers with title requests and website login issues
Provide a high level of customer service while accurately documenting interactions
Make outbound calls to customers 1–29 days past due
Educate customers on payment solutions and next steps
Resolve early-stage delinquency while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Document all customer interactions accurately and professionally
