About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound calls. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasion and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Prior sales or call center experience is preferred. Requirements

Minimum of high school diploma or GED
Steady job history, with strong job tenure pattern preferred
Updated resume required for consideration

Nice To Haves

Prior sales or call center experience is preferred
Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Make Outbound calls utilizing a dialer, answer incoming phone calls, and properly qualify all potential clients, while following the MoneySolver Scripts, Talk Track, and protocols.
Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
Meet performance goals for call quality, attendance, and productivity
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
