Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist/Medical Call Center Representative or combination of relevant experience and education
Responsibilities
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Taking messages
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Checking in patients
- Obtaining billing information
- Providing patient account assistance
- Maintaining medical charts
- Assisting patients with filling out information for registration, letters, medical records, and insurance forms
