About The Position

We are looking for a highly professional and organized Call Center Agent for our fast-paced business. The primary function is to manage incoming and outbound calls, drive new appointments by organizing and distributing customer orders to Field Technicians, and handle service calls by fielding inquiries and addressing customer questions. The role involves educating and assisting customers in choosing services and products, ensuring prompt and accurate outbound calls, and understanding the importance of Field Technician incentive programs for fair distribution and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient with Office, computers, and phones
  • Strong communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Service Titan Software Platform Knowledge
  • Practical experience in and the methodology behind efficient practices in dispatching
  • Ability to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise
  • Motivated to work independently and multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outbound calls.
  • Drive new appointments by organizing, prioritizing, and equally dividing customer orders to available Field Technicians.
  • Handle service calls, including fielding inquiries and addressing customer questions.
  • Utilize customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing services and products.
  • Follow company training to ensure prompt and accurate outbound calls.
  • Ensure fair and equitable distribution of Field Technician incentive programs and proper documentation of work.
  • Work with technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and technical correctness of completed jobs.
