About The Position

TruPartner Credit Union in Cincinnati, Ohio is actively seeking a sociable and ambitious full-time Call Center Representative to communicate with members about plans and services. This role is valuable to the credit union for being the first point of contact with our members. With excellent communication, you answer incoming calls and proactively discuss with members various information, such as policies, programs, orders, payments, products, and services. You enjoy listening and empathizing with members to try to remedy complaints in a calm and composed manner. Excellent organization and time management skills assist in the completion of reports and records, balancing daily transactions, attending meetings, and collaborating with other departments as needed. You get great satisfaction by offering exceptional service to our members that provides everyone enormous success.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or related experience
  • Basic understanding of computers and technology
  • Strong communicator
  • Can stay calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to quickly adapt and think critically to solve any problems that arise
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Responsibilities
