CALIBRATION SYSTEM INTEGRATION LEAD

Stellantis•Auburn Hills, MI

About The Position

The Calibration System Integration Lead coordinates the development and verification of powercube calibration releases across functional areas within electrified powertrains. The role drives calibration maturity, arbitrates technical tradeoffs, and works cross-functionally to achieve program objectives while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and performance. It requires technical expertise across powertrain subsystems, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead and track complex development cycles. The position owns propulsion system calibration execution, including calibration and validation scheduling, system-level feature and calibration delivery, and calibration release maturity and safety readiness. It leads power cube validation and release across PRS modules, coordinates module releases, and owns PCAL issue management from initial triage through permanent resolution. The role represents PCAL in program and management forums; synthesizes system status covering Quality Gates, DVP, and software content; and supports and manages management ride-and-drive activities. It also plans and optimizes PRS resources, including system HIL, dyno, and vehicles; brokers vehicle usage; supports mule builds and vehicle propulsion system integration; organizes test trips, AVL drives, and validation campaigns; and coordinates software validation and PVPC/SWX interfaces. The lead ensures emissions, safety, and process compliance, supports plant industrialization, manages running-change documentation through closure, and leads planning and resolution of PCAL aftermarket quality issues.
