About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Cage Manager at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. The role oversees cage and vault operations and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and Delaware North policies and procedures. The Daytona Beach Racing & Card Club is owned and operated by Delaware North and includes a 50-table poker room, simulcast wagering, and a full-service restaurant.

The typical schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Weekday scheduling may have some flexibility, but weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• At least three years of supervisory experience in a gaming role.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Florida state gaming license.
• Ability to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressments.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage main bank, cashiers cage, drop, and count operations, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local gaming regulations and Delaware North procedures.
• Distribute cashiers' banks and cash drawers, and handle the flow and tracking of cash through the cages.
• Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance the money bank at the end of each shift; investigate variances and report them when applicable.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, evaluation, and development of team members.
