About The Position

The Cage Manager supervises and directs the Casino Cage Department at all SGE locations. The position is responsible for cash accountability and ensuring cage employees at all SGE locations adhere to departmental policies. All duties must be performed in accordance with Seneca Gaming and Entertainment policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in finance, Business Management, or a related field, or four years of equivalent relevant experience.
• Five years of experience in Cage Operations.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Financial and management experience, including use of computer systems and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Casino Cage Department at all SGE locations.
• Oversee cash accountability.
• Ensure cage employees at all SGE locations adhere to departmental policies.
• Perform duties in accordance with Seneca Gaming and Entertainment policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
