Cage Main Banker
About The Position
The Main Banker documents and records transactions in the Cage’s Main Bank and Vault and reconciles activity to ensure accurate, timely reporting of monies received and distributed. The role conducts vault transactions and inventory, maintains accountability and inventory spreadsheets, and handles internal guest transactions such as chip, coin, redemption, and currency exchanges. The Main Banker is responsible for assigned position operations and designated-funds accounting, completes transactions promptly and accurately while maintaining superior customer relations, prepares daily revenue deposits, manages outside banks, and maintains paperwork related to issued banks and the casino bankroll.
Requirements
- Two years’ experience in high-volume cash handling in a customer-focused environment.
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming license.
- Must be 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Document and record all transactions occurring in the Cage’s Main Bank and Vault.
- Reconcile transactions to ensure accurate and timely reporting of monies received and distributed.
