About The Position

The Main Bank Cashier is responsible for the main bank drawer and bankroll, fills and credits between the cage and gaming departments, and employee transactions such as revenue banks and cash turn-in. The role also signs sensitive keys in and out of the cage using key control logs. The cashier is expected to practice, support, and promote the Company Service Standards and manage table fills, window fills, and Team Member banks.

Work is typically in an area that may be noisy and may contain secondhand smoke. The position requires normal corrective vision, the ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols, and manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment. Management may revise responsibilities or require different tasks as circumstances change.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with fellow Team Members as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple functions while remaining organized.
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Good mathematical and clerical aptitude for accurate record keeping.
• Strong and accurate money- and cash-handling skills.
• Full knowledge of Title 31 and applicable Gaming Control Board regulations.
• Ability to obtain or renew required government licenses or certifications, specifically a Nevada Gaming license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Normal corrective vision, ability to see color, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
