About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time or part-time Cage and Vault Supervisor for Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. The supervisor oversees daily cage operations and provides exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. Mardi Gras Casino and Resort features table games, a poker room, slot machines, live greyhound racing, off-track betting, restaurants, and a hotel.

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
At least two years of supervisory or management experience.
Cash-handling experience and the ability to accurately handle large amounts of money.
Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing.
Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
Ability to lift 30 pounds.
No college degree required.

Responsibilities

Oversee cage operations and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Supervise Cage Cashiers and Main Bankers; assist with staffing, scheduling, evaluating, and developing team members.
Reconcile daily cashier drawers and main bank accountability.
Handle guest complaints promptly and to the satisfaction of the guest and the company.
