About The Position

Eurest is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial Café Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced café and retail operation, develop a talented team, and identify opportunities to improve the business. The role oversees daily operations, including staff hiring and training, special functions, cash controls, payroll records, resource management, and customer satisfaction. The manager is expected to balance operational excellence with a welcoming, service-driven environment and serves as the direct liaison with the client. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. The position is based in Dallas, Texas. The listed salary is $60,000–$65,000 per year.

Requirements

Three or more years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
Knowledge of retail, food, and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
Leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Financial, budgetary, accounting, and computational skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, the internet, and other necessary computer programs.
ServSafe® certification.

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree, or an associate degree plus related experience.
Supervisory experience in a related environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks.
Handle all aspects of staff management.
Manage financials, including budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Maintain knowledge of the marketplace and trends.
Manage cost controls and account expenditures.
Oversee sanitation and safety of assigned units.
Purchase and manage inventory.
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company marketing and culinary teams.
Act as the direct liaison with the client.
