About The Position

A restaurant and café in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, is entering a new chapter under new ownership and management, with an emphasis on exceptional hospitality, quality food and beverages, locally inspired offerings, and a welcoming atmosphere. The Café Barista prepares coffee and beverages while creating a friendly and memorable experience for guests. Responsibilities include preparing espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages; taking orders and processing transactions; preparing or serving pastries and light food; and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient café. The role also involves restocking supplies, completing opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties, and collaborating with colleagues to support café operations. Nice To Haves

Previous barista, café, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso beverages, and preparation techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities
