About The Position

As a Café Ambassador, you are the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good. You work throughout the Café, connecting digital innovation with human service in a modern community hub. This is a high-end service and digital banking guidance role—not a barista position, and it has no traditional sales goals or quotas. You proactively engage with guests, explain Capital One products and services through genuine conversation, and help customers use mobile tools and resolve technology challenges. You also support local events promoting financial health, advocate for customers, and resolve issues in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements. Handling complaints and de-escalating escalated situations are important parts of the role. The position calls for a flexible, inclusive, detail-oriented team player who is comfortable adapting to change and staying active while moving through the Café. You may support other Cafés within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist locations elsewhere in the region. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays, may change based on business needs, and may differ during required training. Capital One provides training, tools, and resources to support service effectiveness and professional growth. The listed full-time annual salary range for Victor, New York, is $47,840–$55,016; salaries for part-time roles are prorated based on regularly scheduled hours.
