About The Position
The Sales Lead partners closely with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities as needed. The role helps uphold brand standards, shape a positive team culture, and provide clear direction and support toward team goals. As a role model, the Sales Lead fosters a welcoming, customer-centered environment and creates memorable, personalized experiences that reflect the brand’s culture of hospitality. The position supports store operations and associate development, shares brand priorities and product knowledge, and helps the team meet performance goals. It is a regular, part-time role at the WHBM Eastview Mall store in Victor, New York, with an hourly pay range of $17.00–$21.25.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
- Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

- Two years of retail management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
- Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
- Coach and encourage the team to stay on track with performance goals.
- Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
- Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
- Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling as needed.
- Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork with peers and leaders.
