Café Ambassador - Eastview Mall

Capital One•Victor, NY
•$47,840 - $55,016

About The Position

The Café Ambassador serves as a guide to Capital One’s digital banking services and a welcoming representative of the company’s mission. Working throughout the Café rather than behind a teller line, the Ambassador connects with guests in a community space and local coffee shop. The role focuses on genuine conversations about Capital One products and services, digital banking guidance, and customer experience rather than serving coffee or meeting traditional sales quotas. The Ambassador supports customers with mobile tools and technical troubleshooting, helps resolve customer issues and complaints in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements, and hosts or supports local financial-health events within established programs and community partnerships. The role requires an inclusive, supportive approach, attention to detail, flexibility, and comfort staying active and moving around the Café during the day. Ambassadors may support other Cafés within a 50-mile radius and occasionally assist locations elsewhere in the broader region.
