Café Ambassador - Westfield Valley Fair

Capital One•Vanity Fair Mall Cafe, CA

About The Position

The Café Ambassador is the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good, working in a modern community hub rather than behind a teller line or glass window. The role combines high-end customer service with guidance on digital banking, helping connect digital innovation with human interaction. The Café Ambassador is a banking guide, not a barista, and does not serve coffee. The role focuses on creating quality connections with guests, introducing Capital One products and services through genuine conversation without traditional sales quotas, and helping customers use mobile and other digital tools. The Café Ambassador also supports local financial-health events within Capital One’s established programs and community partnerships, resolves customer issues in line with compliance and regulatory requirements, and helps create a welcoming and inclusive environment. The position requires being active and moving throughout the Café during the day, flexibility as business needs change, and the ability to support nearby Café locations when needed.
