About The Position
This onsite Cable Technician contract role is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The opportunity is structured as contract-to-hire, with potential for long-term employment or conversion to a permanent position depending on business needs and performance; the timing of conversion is not guaranteed. The role has a demanding schedule with extended shifts throughout the week and weekend coverage. Travel-related support, including housing and per diem assistance, is offered. The hourly pay range is $20.00–$22.00, with individual compensation dependent on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
