About The Position

Renuity is seeking a 1099 Cabinet Refacer to install home remodeling products in accordance with the company’s standards and procedures. The work includes applying finish work as needed, communicating with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment, and completing a job checklist with the homeowner. Contractors are expected to treat homeowners and their property with respect. The role is a contract opportunity offering year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to earn up to $150,000–$300,000 annually. Contractors must operate through an established LLC or a business running under an EIN and meet the listed licensing, insurance, experience, and vehicle requirements.

Requirements

At least 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry.
Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, and backsplash.
An established LLC or business running under an EIN.
A state contractor's license.
General liability and workers' compensation insurance.
A cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for each application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete the job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
