About The Position

Mad City Windows and Bath, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 installer to install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures. The role includes applying finish work as needed, communicating with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and completing a job checklist with the homeowner. Installers are expected to treat homeowners and their property with the utmost respect. The position offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, earnings up to $300,000 annually, and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
• An established LLC or business.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
• Workers' compensation and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each application.
