About The Position

ImproveIt Home Remodeling is seeking experienced cabinet refacers to partner with its family-owned remodeling business. This work is specifically cabinet refacing with laminate and glue; the company does not paint, stain, resurface, refurbish, remove, replace, install, or build custom cabinets.

The installer business partner program provides sales, marketing, customer communications, scheduling, project management, service support, job materials, and organized warehouse preparation. Most jobs are within a 60-mile radius, with no overnight travel required unless the partner chooses those jobs. Payment is deposited 24–72 hours after project completion. Partners provide the labor, truck, and tools, and may grow their income by managing additional crews and jobs.
