About The Position

ImproveIt Home Remodeling is seeking experienced cabinet refacers to partner on cabinet-refacing projects. The work is specifically refacing cabinets with laminate and glue; the company does not offer painting, staining, resurfacing, refurbishing, removal, replacement, installation, or custom cabinet building as part of this role.

The installer business partner program provides jobs through the company’s sales and marketing teams, handles customer communications and scheduling, and supplies the materials needed for installations. Most projects are within a 60-mile radius, with no overnight travel required unless the installer chooses to accept those jobs. Installers provide the labor, a truck, and tools. The company offers excellent pay and deposits payment 24–72 hours after project completion. The opportunity may allow partners to grow their income by managing additional crews and jobs.
