About The Position

ImproveIt Home Remodeling is seeking experienced cabinet refacers to work as installer business partners. The work is specifically cabinet refacing using laminate and glue; the company does not seek workers for painting, staining, resurfacing, refurbishing, removing, replacing, installing, or building custom cabinets.

The company provides jobs through its sales and marketing teams, manages customer inquiries and communications, supplies all materials, and organizes project materials for pickup. Most jobs are within a 60-mile radius, with no overnight travel required unless the installer chooses to take those jobs. Payment is deposited 24–72 hours after project completion. Partners bring the labor, a truck, and tools, and may grow their income by managing additional crews and jobs.

Responsibilities

• Reface cabinets using laminate and glue.
• Provide the labor, truck, and tools needed to complete projects.
• Complete assigned installation projects; installers may manage additional crews and jobs as they grow their business.
