About The Position

Interscapes, Inc., a Midwest architectural woodworking firm serving commercial clients, is seeking a Cabinet Installer to install and perform some fabrication of commercial architectural woodwork. The work includes casework, reception desks, wood, and trim, and is conducted indoors. The installer uses manufacturing hand tools and must read blueprints and use measuring devices accurately.

Requirements

• Previous, proven experience in millwork or casework installation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Current and valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to haul necessary tools to job sites daily.
• Ability and willingness to consistently follow directions and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial architectural woodwork, including casework, reception desks, wood, and trim.
• Perform minor fabrication of commercial casework and other architectural woodwork.
• Use manufacturing hand tools, including drills, saws, and routers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and use measuring devices for installation.
• Transport necessary tools to job sites daily.
