About The Position

Cabinet Maker Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and take pride in producing quality work? We welcome you to join our growing team as a Cabinet Maker. You’ll play an important role in building custom cabinetry that go into luxury homes and commercial projects throughout the greater Charlotte area.

Requirements

Great character and team chemistry – Positivity, Ownership, Integrity, Service, Excellence
Experience with hand tools preferred (will train as needed)
Attention to detail and ability to recognize surface defects
Ability to consistently produce quality work with minimal rework
Ability to lift up to 75 lb throughout the workday
Willingness to learn MHC sanding, quality, and safety standards
Reliability – show up on time every day – our crew will depend on you

Responsibilities

Cut plywood and hardwood pieces to exact dimensions
Build cabinets to shop drawings, meeting our uncompromising standards
Sand cabinet parts, panels, doors, edges, and profiles to finish-ready standards
Upfit doors/drawers onto finished cabinets
Inspect your work and correct any issues before parts downstream
Maintain steady production while meeting MHC quality standards
