Requirements

  • At least 1 year of cabinet installation, finish carpentry, trim carpentry, millwork, remodeling, or related construction experience is preferred; we're willing to train the right candidate with strong woodworking or construction aptitude.
  • Able to accurately measure, level, scribe, fit, fasten, and adjust cabinetry and read cabinet layouts, shop drawings, job notes, and basic construction plans.
  • Comfortable using common installation tools and able to lift up to 100 lbs., bend, kneel, climb, reach, carry pre-assembled cabinets, and work in tight spaces.
  • Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and is comfortable traveling to job sites throughout Southeastern PA and surrounding areas.
  • Able to troubleshoot field conditions, communicate issues early, and take pride in clean, precise finished work.
  • Represents our company well in customers' homes, communicates clearly, shows up consistently, and aligns with our Christ-centered company culture.
  • Woodworking or construction experience
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Install custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, built-ins, shelving, panels, moldings, and related cabinetry components according to project plans and specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials for precise installations and clean, professional finishes.
  • Assemble and secure cabinets, trim, and finish carpentry components on-site.
  • Inspect completed installations and make adjustments or repairs as needed to deliver high-quality finished work.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and customers to make sure each project meets expectations.
  • Protect floors, walls, countertops, and other finished surfaces while keeping customers' homes clean and respectful throughout the installation.
  • Maintain your tools and equipment while following company safety practices and installation standards on every job.
  • Travel to job sites, typically within a three-hour radius of New Holland, and complete installations as part of a skilled trades team.
