About The Position

REDW is hiring a Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) Supervisor to lead client accounting and audit-preparation work and supervise team members. The role oversees financial reporting accuracy, timely client deliverables, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and audit readiness. The supervisor also develops team members through training, work prioritization, and quality oversight. Travel is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Prior audit-preparation and/or bookkeeping or accounting-services experience.
Experience supervising others in providing accounting services and managing projects.
Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

Competence performing account reconciliations across all general ledger classifications.
Knowledge of governmental and financial accounting and reporting standards.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and text-to-columns.

Responsibilities

Lead planning meetings to guide audit preparation and accounting services processes.
Oversee the accuracy of day-to-day financial reporting and the timely delivery of client work.
Supervise team members preparing, exporting, and analyzing financial data, including general ledger data and trial balances.
Ensure account reconciliations and supporting schedules are accurate and complete.
Collaborate with clients to prepare required reports and support audit readiness.
Manage and develop team members through training, prioritization, and quality oversight.
