About The Position

The CAAS Supervisor leads Client Accounting Advisory Services work, overseeing financial reporting accuracy and timely client deliverables. The role guides audit preparation and accounting services processes, supports clients with reporting and audit readiness, and manages and develops team members through training, prioritization, and quality oversight. The position requires willingness to travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior audit preparation and/or bookkeeping or accounting services experience.
• Experience supervising others in the delivery of accounting services and project management.
• Willingness to travel.

Nice To Haves

• Competence performing account reconciliations across all general ledger classifications.
• Knowledge of governmental and financial accounting and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and text-to-columns.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning meetings to guide audit preparation and accounting services processes.
• Oversee day-to-day financial reporting accuracy and timely client deliverables.
• Supervise team members preparing, exporting, and analyzing financial data, including general ledgers and trial balances.
• Ensure account reconciliations and supporting schedules are accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare required reports and support audit readiness.
• Manage and develop team members, including training, prioritization, and oversight of work quality.
