About The Position

The C-Store Porter helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and team members. The role includes cleaning the store’s interior and exterior, including restrooms, windows, floors, and gas pump areas; stocking coolers; putting away freight; and assisting with general upkeep. Success requires dependability, the ability to manage multiple tasks, commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer service, strong communication, and composure during busy or uncertain moments. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. A valid Health Card is required. The work environment generally has a moderate noise level.

Requirements

• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid Health Card.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach, and type without assistance from others.

Responsibilities
