About The Position

The C-Store Cashier is the face of the store, providing exceptional customer service and helping guests have a positive shopping experience. The role involves greeting customers, handling point-of-sale transactions, and supporting the store’s day-to-day appearance and operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, customer-focused, communicates effectively, works well under pressure, and contributes positively to a team. Flexible hours are required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.

• Valid Alcohol Awareness Card.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and communicate verbally in English; written English communication may also be required.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram-based instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Previous POS experience, retail sales, gas station attendant, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet all customers.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, neat, and organized.
• Process accurate point-of-sale customer transactions.

• Maintain the cleanliness and management of the gas pumps and the exterior appearance of the store.
