Summary Statement This position will be responsible for conducting statewide electronic and paper chart monitoring for the Birth to Three Regional Programs to ensure staff compliance with state and federal regulations. The role will work closely with Supervisors to identify quality concerns and support the development of corrective action plans. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance and improvement activities, as well as monitoring program policies and procedures to ensure effective program implementation. The position will also provide training and technical assistance as needed. The Birth to Three Early Intervention Program is expected to transition to the Delaware Department of Education by July 2028. This position is not anticipated to be included in the transition.
