About The Position

The Butler Manager oversees Butler operations for guests staying in suites and rental homes participating in the property’s residential rental program. The role leads the Butler team and guides guest journeys from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring personalized, intuitive service consistent with Rosewood’s luxury hospitality standards. Through team development and cross-departmental collaboration, the Butler Manager helps elevate guest satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and create seamless, memorable experiences. The position reports to the Guest Experience Manager and leads Butler Associates.

Requirements

• Strong luxury hospitality experience in Butler Services, Guest Relations, Front Office, Residences, or Guest Experience, along with supervisory or management experience.
• Understanding of luxury guest service standards and ability to deliver highly personalized, anticipatory hospitality.
• Confident coaching and people leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a high-performing service team.
• Warm and professional communication, effective problem-solving, and ability to build meaningful relationships with guests, including VIP and high-profile clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems, guest preference platforms, Microsoft Office applications, and operational reporting tools.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Butler operations for suite guests and guests staying in homes participating in the rental program.
• Oversee personalized pre-arrival planning, guest preferences, arrival experiences, in-stay service, and departure arrangements.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special occasions, guest requests, residential experiences, and luxury amenities with operational partners.
• Conduct regular inspections of suites, villas, and rental homes to ensure readiness, presentation, and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, train, schedule, and develop Butler Associates while fostering accountability, professionalism, and exceptional service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and service recovery opportunities, and drive continuous improvements in personalization, efficiency, and guest engagement.
