About The Position

Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is looking to grow its Back of House team with experienced Line Cooks who take pride in quality, consistency, and teamwork. Requirements

Previous line cook or high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
TB clearance is required upon hire for all restaurant employees working in food handling positions in the State of Hawaiʻi.

Responsibilities

Cut, trim, and portion meats according to company specifications.
Prepare proteins for daily kitchen production and service.
Receive, inspect, store, and rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
Maintain consistent portion sizes to support quality and cost control.
Operate butcher equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
Keep the butcher station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Minimize waste and maximize product yield.
Communicate inventory needs and quality concerns to management.
Assist the culinary team with production and other duties as assigned.
