About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Busser to support restaurant service and help provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience. The role supports servers, maintains dining tables and service stations, transports trays to the dishwashing area, and completes beginning- or closing-shift duties. Bussers are expected to prioritize guests while managing competing demands. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, transporting objects up to 25 pounds, and working weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support servers by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items as directed at each table.
• Clean and set up tables efficiently.
• Transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Complete beginning- or closing-shift duties.
• Help maintain each service station.
• Manage competing demands while putting the guest first.
