About The Position

The Busser supports the service team by keeping the dining environment clean, organized, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing bread and condiments, and delivering items as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas, including outdoor areas.
• Keep guest restrooms clean, stocked, and presentable; check paper products, soap, and overall cleanliness during each restroom check, and report maintenance issues immediately.
• Adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Memorize the floor chart and table numbers.
