About The Position
Cheddar's Server Assistants help create a positive guest experience by keeping the restaurant clean, safe, sanitized, and presentable. They ensure tables are cleaned, set with silverware, and ready for guests, helping the host seat guests efficiently. As tables turn over, they assist hosts, servers, and managers in keeping the dining room sanitized and spotless. The role involves taking pride in the work and brand, welcoming and looking after guests, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, sanitized, and presentable.
- Clean and set tables with silverware so they are ready for guests.
- Help the host seat guests efficiently by preparing tables.
- Assist hosts, servers, and managers with keeping the dining room sanitized and spotless as tables turn over.
