About The Position

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Busser to support servers and help provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience. The role includes maintaining table items and service stations, cleaning and setting tables, transporting trays to the dishwashing area, and completing shift duties. Bussers must be able to stand and walk for long periods, transport objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items at each table as directed.
• Clean and set up tables efficiently.
• Transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
• Complete beginning-of-shift or closing-shift duties.
• Help maintain each service station.
• Manage competing demands while putting the guest first.
