About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Busser at Delta SEA D1 in Seatac, Washington. The Busser sets and clears restaurant tables, stocks service stations, and assists food servers with table service. The role requires a food handlers certificate, fine dining experience, and busser experience. The fixed pay rate is $28.00 per hour, with weekly pay. The schedule includes weekends, nights, and mornings; further details are provided during the interview. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Responsibilities include preparing and resetting tables, maintaining stocked and clean service stations, serving beverages and food accompaniments, transporting dirty tableware, completing cleaning and side work, and responding to guest needs. Responsibilities

Quickly clear dirty table settings and promptly reset tables with the prescribed serviceware.
Maintain the stock and cleanliness of stations during all meal periods, including necessary equipment, silverware, linen, and condiments.
Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary.
Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter, replenish them as needed, and assist servers with food and beverage service.
Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by a supervisor.
Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
Complete assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
Perform other assigned duties, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.
